Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking an Assistant Server for a seasonal role from November 2026 through May 2027. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with duties to support servers across the dining room.

You will assist with dining room setup, deliver orders, bus tables, and help maintain proper presentation and serving temperatures in line with HACCP standards. Safety, policies, and associate benefits are emphasized.

• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Deliver orders to the table and bus tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain personal safety and safety of others.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures including knife handling, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
  • The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
  • The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
  • The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
