Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Dining Room Assistant to support servers and help prepare dining spaces. You will assist with table settings, deliver orders, and bus tables, contributing to smooth service at our stadium and venues.

You must follow HACCP standards, maintain temperatures, and adhere to safety policies. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.

• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer; The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables; The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
