Job Summary
Responsible for delivering best‑in‑class guest experience by serving food and/or beverages to guests. Must have a passion for hospitality, providing attentive and friendly service while interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction. Anticipates needs and proactively supports front‑of‑house servers by effectively clearing, sanitizing, setting tables, restocking supplies (including utensils, plates, condiments), and delivering food and beverages to guests and internal customers. Ensures cleanliness of the furniture, fixtures, and dining areas.
Job Responsibilities
- Clear tables as required; remove dirty dishes from table, gather all soiled tableware to the dish room, clean and sanitize tables and chairs according to established service standards.
- Have full knowledge of table numbers, seating positions, menu items, ingredients, major allergens, and be able to describe items to guests.
- Ensure plates and beverages are properly garnished and meet food quality standards before delivering and serving guests.
- Reset tables according to established specifications; combine or separate tables during service according to business needs.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by responding to guest requests and communicating needs to appropriate team members.
- Maintain dining room cleanliness, including cleaning spills, sweeping floors, emptying and relining trash cans, cleaning bus tubs, dust pans, and other equipment.
- Understand and actively participate in environmental, health & safety responsibilities by following UDX policy, procedures, training, and team‑member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
- Any local or state required certifications or licenses.
- Obtain a Non‑Gaming work card upon employment.
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Experience
- 2+ years of food server experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
