Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in computer science, business administration, or related field; four years of full-time project management experience.
• Substitution: PM certification may replace degree; two years of any equivalent for each missing year of college.
• Must be proficient with computers, comfortable with the Internet, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Development Section in preparing landscape architectural drawings and contract documents for park and recreation site improvements.
• Manage prelim and final design, cost estimates, reports, and construction administration for site projects city-wide.
• Oversee development of capital improvement plans and reports for Parks and Site Improvements of City-owned facilities.
