Qualifications

• Valid current cosmetology license, including a manager license where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing all aspects of salon operations.
• Ensure salon team delivers exceptional guest service and maintains a professional appearance.
• Develop and coach staff; lead, coach and develop a team to meet sales goals.
• Create and manage weekly schedules to meet business needs and staffing levels.
• Promote the salon within the community and grow the business; maintain local relationships.
• Control expenses, including payroll, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Train employees on service techniques and safety standards.
• Complete required administrative tasks and ensure compliance with all regulations.
