Sun Tan City in Jackson, TN seeks an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance and deliver a high-energy client experience. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence while meeting productivity goals.

The role requires leadership, sales experience, and the ability to work a 40-45 hour schedule, including nights and weekends as needed. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Experience in management and/or sales is required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all company operations including creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establishes clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provides coaching, training, and feedback to improve Team Members’ daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Help to maintain proper staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and excellent customer service.
