SmartStyle Hair Salon inside Walmart stores seeks an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The role includes delivering full hair services, driving client satisfaction, and supporting the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license (Required).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills.
