Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and lead Tanning Consultants.

You will drive store performance, coach teammates, manage scheduling and inventory, and partner with the Salon Director to control expenses.

This role requires strong leadership, retail experience, and a commitment to exceptional service, with opportunities for advancement within Glow Brands.

Qualifications

• Retail management or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and team leadership.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver a client-centric experience.
• Coach and develop Team Members.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory.
• Help control labor costs and staffing levels.
• Work nights and weekends as required.
