Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance.

You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example in sales and service, and partner with the Salon Director to manage operations, staffing and budgets. This role offers growth opportunities within Glow Brands and a comprehensive benefits package. We value reliability, leadership and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• Retail management or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and team leadership abilities.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and sales.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Establish goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory.
• Help control revenue and expenses with the Salon Director.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service.
• Work nights and weekends as needed for coverage.
• Reliable transportation to bank visits as required.
• Five-day work week, ~40–45 hours depending on status.
