Sun Tan City in Altoona, IA is seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance.

You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting while upholding the brand's commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure productivity and service while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required for coverage.
• Reliable transportation to go to the bank as needed.
