The role requires leadership, sales focus, and the ability to mentor team members while maintaining a professional salon. Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail or service environment is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations and ensure a client-centric experience.
• Lead and coach tanning consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Develop staffing plans to optimize coverage and productivity.
• Manage reports, inventory, and store performance metrics.
• Support the Salon Director and control expenses.
• Ability to work nights, Saturdays, Sundays as needed.
