Impact RTO Holdings is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in Garden City to grow into Store Manager. You will run day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager, driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction in a high-volume retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience required.
• Positive attitude with leadership potential.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team in sales, inventory, delivery and service.
• Drive store revenue by hitting and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage inventory and cash reconciliation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with marketing content.
• Support deliveries, setup, service and returns as needed.
• Assist Store Manager in all operational duties.
