Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings in Garden City is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to work alongside the Store Manager and develop into a Store Manager role. You’ll contribute to sales, inventory, and customer service while growing your leadership skills.

Compensation starts at $18.25 per hour with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a guaranteed five-day workweek with Sundays off. Top performers are fast-tracked into Store Manager training.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar)
• A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead
• Valid, physical driver’s license held for at least 1 year
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service.
• Drive store revenue by hitting and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, including greeting and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with social media/marketing content as needed.
