Milan Laser Hair Removal in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Traveling Clinic Manager to support 400+ clinic locations nationwide. You will lead consultations, drive revenue through personalized treatment plans, and mentor clinic teams to sustain strong performance and client satisfaction.

You will travel extensively, manage full sales cycles, promote packages, and use data-driven insights to optimize operations, ensuring life-changing results for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a commission-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Able to anticipate client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team (2–5 employees).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% with flexible schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to provide operational and sales leadership during coverage needs.
• Deliver engaging consultations that educate clients and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle including consultation, closing, and customer retention.
• Promote treatment packages using consultative selling techniques and value-based recommendations.
• Drive revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor a team of 2–5 employees to drive performance.
• Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
• Utilize financing options to increase client access and improve conversion.
• Encourage and generate client reviews and referrals.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, systems usage, and performance tracking.
• After training, support onboarding of new Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinic Managers.
