Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for the Hartford, CT area. You will lead client consultations, guide financing options, and support clinic leadership to meet sales KPIs while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching a sales team, scheduling, and performing opening/closing duties with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professionalism. Weekend/evening hours may be required to support business needs.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
