Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Bedford, NH clinic. You will lead a dynamic team, engage clients with tailored consultations, and collaborate on financing options to make services accessible.

You will drive sales KPIs and help streamline admin processes to create an outstanding client experience. You will also oversee daily operations in the clinic manager's absence and ensure high standards of customer service and a world-class

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve all KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients and drive sales with add-ons.
• Build lasting relationships with clients at every touchpoint.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records, and support staff with duties.
• Perform opening and closing duties and process client transactions.
• Lead day-to-day operations in the absence of the clinic manager.
• Perform additional tasks as needed by leadership to support objectives.
