Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager in Dayton, OH. You will work alongside the Store Manager to drive revenue, manage inventory, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while developing leadership skills for Store Manager roles.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more, plus weekly and annual incentives and a 5-day workweek. Sunday off is guaranteed, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or similar).
• A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead.
• Valid, physical driver’s license held for at least 1 year.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and team oversight.
• Drive store revenue by meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Manage inventory with accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and support marketing efforts.
