Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager for the Garden City location to develop into a Store Manager role in the Savannah area. You will share daily leadership with the Store Manager, driving sales, inventory control, and customer service with a strong emphasis on ownership of results.

The role offers $15.00–$18.00+ per hour based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and a clear career path toward Store Manager training.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience is valuable.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and motivation to advance.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Ability to lift heavy items as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily sales, inventory, delivery and service.
• Drive store revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Manage store inventory and cash reconciliation.
• Greet customers and resolve issues to deliver great experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with displays.
