Impact RTO Holdings dba Rent A Center in Garden City is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to develop you for Store Manager. You’ll run day-to-day with your Store Manager, owning results and leading by example.

Responsibilities include driving store revenue, managing inventory, delivering great customer experiences, and supporting marketing efforts. Compensation starts at $15–$18 per hour plus benefits, with Sundays off and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience (retail/hospitality)
• Positive, motivated attitude and desire to lead
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist fellow store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service with a smile
• Drive store revenue by consistently hitting and surpassing company sales targets
• Manage store inventory and ensure accurate cash reconciliation
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience such as: greeting, assisting, and resolving issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Assist with product deliveries, setup, service, and returns as needed
• Support the Store Manager in all operational duties
