Impact RTO Holdings is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager for a Garden City location. You will work alongside the Store Manager with ownership over results, driving revenue, managing inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar)
• A positive, motivated attitude and a desire to lead
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S
• Valid, physical driver's license held for at least 1 year
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as part of the role

Responsibilities

• Assist store team members in sales, inventory, delivery, and service
• Drive store revenue by hitting and surpassing sales targets
• Manage store inventory and cash reconciliation
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom
• Assist with product deliveries, setup, service and returns as needed
• Support the Store Manager in all operational duties
