Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team at our McAllen clinic. You will engage clients with personalized consultations, helping craft dream packages and financing options to drive accessible services.

You will support clinic leadership to meet sales KPIs and streamline administrative processes for an exceptional client experience. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations in the absence of the clinic manager,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Experience in commission-driven sales environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all clinic sales KPIs by delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs.
• Collaborate with team to engage clients and drive add-on sales.
• Build lasting client relationships at all touchpoints.
• Schedule appointments, manage client records, answer calls.
• Support medical staff with treatment room upkeep.
• Perform opening/closing duties and process transactions.
