European Wax Center in Center Valley/Allentown PA seeks an Assistant Manager with a passion for sales, team building and training to oversee operations and drive performance. This role requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has proven sales success, strong customer service skills, and the ability to train and motivate a team.

Qualifications

Must have proven track record of success with sales and team building and be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be assisting in all aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and execute systems/process consistent with a high performing franchise
• Create visual tracking and analytical reports using Excel, Word and Power Point 80% of time is customer facing, however you will also be responsible for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling, inventory and reporting
• Organize outreach and marketing events

• Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evening/weekends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 year experience in Customer Service preferred
• 2 year experience in Sales preferred
• Reliable means of transportation

Must be able to work 35 hours a week and have a flexible work schedule to fill needs of the business.
