European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Daphne, AL to lead daily store operations and drivesales while ensuring exceptional guest service. The role requires coaching associates, organizing events, and maintaining a positive, high-performing culture.

You will oversee recruitment, loss prevention, and marketing initiatives, while delivering a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest. Competitive pay with performance incentives is offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
