Groundworks, LLC, a leading foundation repair and water management company based in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager at the branch. You will champion initiatives to boost sales productivity and lead Outside Sales Representatives to achieve targets.

You will mentor reps, ensure product knowledge, conduct ride-alongs, manage customer concerns, and represent the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience leading a team of sales professionals.
• In-home sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to build an industry-leading team.
• Proven ability to influence, develop and empower a team.

Responsibilities

• Assists to ensure the sales team provides a thorough, effective and professional presentation to each customer.
• Assists in the training and development of Outside Sales Representatives to meet individual, branch and company sales targets.
• Assists to ensure team possess product knowledge, understanding of marketing techniques and the ability to relate to customer needs.
• Conducts ride-alongs with Outside Sales Representatives to improve techniques and processes.
• Assists in handling customer concerns.
• Leads by example and represents the brand with confidence and professionalism.
• Runs warm leads and prospects own book of business.
• Regularly reports to work on time each working day.
