Key Job Responsibilities

• Managing all departments in the showroom as directed by the Sales Manager
• Reviewing sales including margins, volume, quotas, and closing ratios while suggesting future goals
• Assisting the Sales Manager with customer-related issues escalated above the Guest Experience Manager
• Working with the Visual Presentation Manager regarding product placement
• Reporting changes in policy and other information to staff members
• Providing leadership to the sales, guest experience, and visual teams as portrayed by the Sales Manager
• Coaching staff to build individual and team success professionally
• Learning about budgeted administrative costs including wages and supplies
• Understanding employee performance and assisting as applicable
• Ensuring documentation of procedures and tasks
• Completing reports in a timely manner
• Assisting with hiring, training, and coaching the sales team
• Preparing and administering performance evaluations
• Providing timely communication
• Attending monthly staff meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• High School diploma (College degree preferred)
• Understanding of the company's Mission, Values, and Differentiators
• Experience in retail sales
• Proven success in current role
• No disciplinary record
• Management experience preferred
• Willing to relocate
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work retail hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Excellent communication and team skills
