Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example, ensuring a client-centric experience and meeting sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and training to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with other managerial functions.
