Are you a role model and leader that advocates for your sales team? As a Stanton Optical Assistant Sales Manager, you would be a sales leader, assisting the Sales Manager and Brand Manager in executing action plans to drive sales performance within a team environment. Our Assistant Sales Managers assist customers' issues while maintaining a positive attitude to achieve the highest quality customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to exceed personal and store revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Support Sales Manager duties, frequently acting as Manager on Duty, to accomplish objectives:
    • Support training, coaching, and development of retail associates.
    • Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve desired goals.
    • Resolve customer issues to increase satisfaction.
    • Communicate and implement company standards and directives.
    • Take on additional responsibilities as developed.
    • Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, edge stock lenses to expedite delivery, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of orders.
    • Ensure brand standards are met in the lab, report equipment issues.
    • Track delivery times to meet compliance standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

  • Retail management experience of at least one year in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a secondary leadership role or managing small sales teams.
  • Outstanding sales performance record.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Effective communication skills with diverse groups.
