LOFT in Des Peres, MO is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor and mentor the team to uphold the brand’s standards.

You’ll drive sales, coach staff, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment while leveraging technology for seamless omnichannel service. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

You’ll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
