Job summary

LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture. You will help nurture relationships with customers and associates, acting as a store leader on the sales floor.

As a manager, you will mentor teammates, drive omnichannel shopping, and uphold LOFT's brand behaviors. Availability includes evenings and weekends, with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience.
