LOFT, part of KnitWell Group, is hiring an Assistant Manager in Des Peres, MO to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure an inclusive environment while leveraging omnichannel tools.

About the role

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates. Must have availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
