Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience is preferred.
• Understanding of roofing materials and installation methods.
• Ability to read basic drawings and instructions.
• Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing installation tasks with increasing independence.
• Install roofing components including insulation, coverboard, membranes, flashing, and accessories.
• Support layout, staging, and production activities.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify and communicate basic installation concerns to leadership.
• Assist with training and supporting newer crew members.
• Maintain quality standards and productivity expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and Stop-Work expectations.
