AT&T in Taylor, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead retail operations under a store manager. You’ll nurture and develop a team, oversee merchandising and product launches, and drive exceptional customer experiences with our services and products.

You’ll also coordinate outreach and promotions, participate in off-site events, and benefit from paid training to build leadership skills and help the team meet sales goals.

Formación

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Job Overview

With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. Compensation

Our Assistant Store Manager's earn between $47,500-$71,300 + up to $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
