AT&T inc. Colorado Springs is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead store operations alongside the store manager, guiding a team of retail sales consultants to meet service and sales goals and ensure customers receive best-in-class service and technology experiences.

About the Role

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
