AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Barboursville, WV. You will partner with a store manager to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, product launches, and to meet sales objectives, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, drive promotional activities, and support training that prepares you for leadership roles. A path to leadership is available with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $42,800.00 - $64,200.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
