AT&T in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager and oversee daily operations, merchandising launches, and customer experience. You will lead a team of sales consultants, drive sales goals, and coordinate promotional activities.

This role includes training, scheduling, and collaboration across store initiatives, with a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based commissions.

Job Overview

Compensation

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $53,200 - $79,800+ $18,000+ commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
