Job summary

AT&T in Raleigh, NC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in daily retail operations. You will assist with merchandising and product launches, drive sales, and deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

You will lead, coach, and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve service and sales targets, with comprehensive training and leadership development provided.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $47,500 - $71,300 in annual salary plus $18,000in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
