Job summary

AT&T's Greensboro, NC location seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager, oversee daily store operations, and drive merchandising, launches and sales growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will coach a team of sales consultants, lead outreach events, and participate in paid training to build leadership skills and advance your career within AT&T.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $47,500.00 - $71,300.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
