Job summary

AT&T in Fort Lee, NJ seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate on merchandising, product launches, and sales goals while driving performance and service standards.

Our Assistant Retail Store Managers earn between $57,000 and $85,600 annual salaries, plus $18,000in commissions if all sales goals are met. An individual's starting salary within this range may depend on factors such as geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
