Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual for the position of Full-Time Assistant Retail Store Manager at our Burton Store, located at 4190 East Court St, Suite 885.

The role involves supporting the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales profitability.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour plus a 20% discount on in-store purchases, with potential for monthly bonuses and career advancement through Goodwill Academy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in exceeding sales and gross margin goals.
• Promote excellent donor and customer relations, service, and communication.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays to optimize sales.
• Support hiring, training, motivating, and communicating with staff.
• Adhere to safety standards and assist in safety training.
• Ensure efficient backroom layout and merchandise processing.
