Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a busy retail location in Madisonville, KY. You and the store manager will drive daily operations, merchandising, and promotions to deliver best-in-class service and sales results.

You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, coordinate training, and engage with customers across AT&T products and services. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and collaboration to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $47,500 - $71,300in annual salary plus $18,000in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
