AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Madisonville, KY to partner with the store manager in daily operations, drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead merchandising, product launches, and coaching of a sales team, while participating in off-site events and ongoing training.

The role emphasizes strong communication, prior management experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve goals and deliver best-in-class services.

Qualifications

Our Assistant Store Managers earn $47,500 - $71,300in annual salary plus $18,000in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
