Work World in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Retail Operations Manager to oversee store operations, customer service, and team development. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $22.00 to $26.00, DOE, and requires availability nights and weekends.

You will supervise staff, support training, handle daily banking, process shipments, maintain a clean store, and assist customers in locating products and completing purchases.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous assistant management or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license required; bilingual skills are an advantage.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Help supervise store staff and support employee training activities
• Work alternating shifts with the Store Manager to support daily operations
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by store leadership
• Perform store opening and closing procedures
• Prepare and manage daily bank deposits, including bank drop-offs
• Obtain change for store operations when needed
• Receive, organize, and process incoming merchandise shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
• Process customer purchases accurately in accordance with company procedures
• Welcome customers, answer incoming calls, and provide assistance as needed
• Support customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions

Pay Range
