Role Description

The Assistant Retail Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the LOFT store in Orlando, FL. This role supports daily store operations, including overseeing the sales floor, managing visual merchandising, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. The Assistant Retail Manager helps drive sales by coaching associates, monitoring performance, and promoting product knowledge and styling guidance. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store standards. The role also focuses on delivering strong customer service, resolving issues promptly, and reinforcing LOFT’s brand values and customer experience expectations.
