We are looking for hands onAssistant Managerto join ourteam who will be a key member, working to provide excellent food and beverage experiences for all of our guests and upholding our old fashioned hospitality service. Working closely with all hotel departments to deliver the highest standard of events and the best wedding experience imaginable. We roughly execute 300 events and conferences and 60 weddings per year.

The opportunity to assist leadingour team in delivering exemplary guest experience, developing passion in the team and smashing our goals and targets. This will be a hands-on role in a high-end environment with a responsibility to assist to grow and guide our team, stock control, food & safety and team management. If you are naturally passionate, energetic and motivated and take great pride in your work, you are exactly what we are looking for.

The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual and hardworking, have sound communication skills and a passion to exceed customer expectations every time.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Conference and Weddings Operation Manager in all areas of the restaurant& events.

Creatingprocesses and training team members to deliver experiences that exceed ourguests expectations

Creating and embodying aservice culture that will be the envy of the hospitality industry

Coach, guide and assist in managing the food & beverage operation team

Monitor & control beverages

Be creative in mixology & bar listing

Providing incredible, extraordinary guest experiences
