Overview

We are seeking an experienced food service professional with a passion for high-volume environments, a strong focus on food safety, and leadership skills. This role is based at Denver International Airport (DEN), one of the busiest airports in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all front-of-house and kitchen activities, supervise team performance, and provide feedback and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure food quality, standards, recipe adherence, and portion control in compliance with company and food safety specifications.
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members; plan and assign daily goals and tasks; maintain guest service standards and brand specifications.
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
  • Oversee merchandising, displays, and inventory levels.
  • Handle office management tasks such as funds management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting by analyzing sales reports and market trends.
  • Address routine issues and escalate complex problems to higher management.
