Are you an experienced food service professional with a passion for high-volume environments, a commitment to food safety, and strong leadership skills?

We are seeking a Smashburger & Bar Assistant Restaurant Manager at Denver International Airport (DEN), one of the largest airports in the U.S. If you excel in a fast-paced setting and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Front of House and Kitchen: Supervise and evaluate team performance, ensure task completion, and provide feedback, including disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Food Quality and Standards: Maintain recipe adherence, portion control, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Cost Control: Maximize profitability by managing food and labor costs.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and lead the team, set daily goals, and uphold guest service and brand standards.
  • Systems and Compliance: Follow company policies, health, and sanitation standards.
  • Merchandising: Maintain display standards, signage, and monitor inventory.
