Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Leesburg, VA is seeking a store supervisor to assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of objectives in sales, costs, customer service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

The role includes supervising staff, ensuring friendly service, maintaining brand standards, assisting with opening/closing, scheduling, and supporting the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management, and customers, take and process orders.

• Ability to function in a dynamic, fasted paced environment.

• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to take orders over the counter or phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Ability to lead the team on duty!

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are responsive and friendly.
• Supervise food preparation and serving according to brand standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and preparation lists.
• Lead hands-on in food prep, service, and delivery coordination.
• Support sales, service, quality, and cleanliness objectives through training.
• Maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Provide suggestions to General and Regional Managers.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through workshops and publications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
