Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Utah with a focus on delivering excellent hospitality and operational leadership. You will guide front and back-of-house operations, mentor team members, and cultivate a positive guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus
• Available to work a five day set schedule
• Experience mentoring a team
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
