Cafe Zupas in Utah invites an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver guest experiences that align with our brand.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus
• Able to work a five day set schedule
• Mentoring a team experience
• Detail-oriented and growth minded

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations (front or back of house)
• Develop team members with direction and feedback
