Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus.
• Ability to manage front or back of house operations with a focus on guest experience.
• Strong team development and feedback delivery to elevate performance.
